10 Jun New York Athletic Club Reception

On May 8, GUF Trustees, benefactors and friends gathered at the New York Athletic Club for a reception.  The group was welcomed by President Fr Alan Fogarty and Chairman Eugene Rainis.   The group then heard Fr Robert Boxie, a priest of the Archdiocese of Washington and a recent graduate of the Gregorian University, give an insightful talk on the impact his Gregorian University education is having his ministry in his local parish, St. Joseph’s Church in Largo, Maryland.  It was evident in his talk that we are truly building the universal church . . . one student at a time!
