Rev. Anthony P. SooHoo, SJ is from New York City and a graduate of the University of Chicago. As a Jesuit, he studied philosophy at Fordham University and theology at Boston College. Currently, he teaches in the Faculty of Ancient Near Eastern Studies at the Pontifical Biblical Institute, where he helps students understand the historical, cultural, and religious contexts that influenced the creation and transmission of the Bible.
