Presenter: Maureen Zipporah, PhD
Maureen Zipporah, PhD earned her PhD at the Pontifical Gregorian University with her dissertation topic: The Impact of Socio-Economic Inequalities on Healthcare Access: Analysis of the Role of Social Institutions in Promoting Social Justice in Sub-Saharan Africa. Currently she is conducting post-doctural work on healthcare inequities in immigrant populations in Rome while she is a lecturer at the Gregorian in the department of Social Sciences. Additionally, she serves as a member of the Academic Quality Commission. A citizen of Kenya, Dr. Zipporah speaks six languages and has an impressive list of service and leadership at the Gregorian University.
